Tradesperson Information: If you apply to be a Construction Tradesperson, we will collect the information you provide in your application, including your name, email address, phone number, birth date, profile photo, physical address, government identification number (such as social security number), trade certifications, licenses, and insurance information. We may also collect payment information, including bank routing numbers and tax details.

  3. Equipment Provider Information: If you list equipment for hire, we collect details about the equipment, including photos, descriptions, availability, and pricing. We may also collect payment and tax information for transactions.

  4. SOS Contact Information: We will collect the contact list permission to list contacts while adding SOS contacts for user safety.

  5. Ratings and Feedback: When you rate and provide feedback about Tradespersons, Clients, or Equipment Providers, we collect all the information you provide.

  6. Communications: When you contact us or we contact you, we collect any information you provide, including the contents of messages or attachments.

B. Information We Collect When You Use the Airmass Xpress Platform

  1. Location Information: We collect your device’s precise location when you use the Airmass Xpress app to match you with nearby Tradespersons or equipment. This helps ensure accurate service delivery.

  2. Usage Information: We collect information about your use of the Airmass Xpress Platform, including service requests, transaction details, payment information, and interactions with our apps and websites.

  3. Device Information: We collect information about the devices you use to access the Airmass Xpress Platform, including device model, IP address, browser type, operating system version, and preferences.

  4. Communications Between Users: We facilitate communication between Clients, Tradespersons, and Equipment Providers without sharing actual phone numbers. We collect information about these communications, including timestamps and message contents.

  5. Cookies and Analytics: We use cookies, tracking pixels, and third-party technologies to understand how you navigate the Airmass Xpress Platform, improve your experience, and serve relevant ads.

C. Information We Collect from Third Parties

  1. Third-Party Services: We may collect information from background check providers, insurance partners, payment processors, and marketing services to enhance the safety and functionality of the Airmass Xpress Platform.

  2. Referral Programs: If someone refers you to Airmass Xpress, we collect your name and contact information from the referral source.
